All shipping will be delivered by a secured shipping company.
Any and all duty fee's will be at buyers expense.
Shipping prices may change without notice, you will be
notified before shipping. Tracking number will be sent to you
via the shipping company, Insurance on any product shipped
will be extra. All product shipped will be inspected and
properly packaged before shipping.
* All
engines will be shipped on a 4x4 pallet.

WARRANTY
Rev-olution Speed will cover 30 day warranty on all labor, manufacturer’s warranty on parts where available. All warranties will be void due to owner’s misconduct, negligence, or any other reason un-related to Rev-olution Speed's workmanship.
Engine warranty and coverage: Engines carry 30 day warranty on engine block and head. The engine block, cylinder barrel, cylinder head are also warranted to be free of cracks and defects.
Non-coverage: Engine will not be covered due to redlining, racing, insufficient amount of oil or any other fluids, loss of performance or operation caused to modifications (NOS, Turbo Chargers, Superchargers, Installation of Exhaust systems, or Headers, ECU modifications, etc.).
Engine will not be covered if problems arise by Improper installation of the engine (By any one other then Rev-olution Speed, and will only then cover the general warrantee as stated above or below). All and any external and internal parts of an engine will not be covered, except for what is listed
above. Turbo installation and parts warranty: Any turbo units or associated parts will not be covered by rev-olution Speed, Rev-olution Speed will only cover manufacturers parts coverage, Rev-olution Speed will not set-up turbo systems outside of a safe boost pressure, this will be predetermined by a Rev-olution Speed tech. All turbo parts and installation will not be covered due to any modification; owners neglect for any reasons what so ever, or any problems arising outside of Rev-olution Speed workmanship. Boost control and pressure will be set and indicated as per set-up on the invoice. All customers will realize that any turbo parts or installation of Speed Enhancement parts will be at customer’s risk, with no fault to Rev-olution Speed Enhancements and Design.
Rev-olution Speed will not Warranty any parts sold or installed by Rev-olution Speed if any adjustments or service work has been completed by any other parties, other than a Rev-olution Speed Technicians.
All body kits are sold as is, and are intended for off road use only, and are not an OEM standard replacement part. All returns on body kits require a 25% restocking fee. No returns after body kits have been installed, modified for fitment, or after 30 Calendar days from the original invoice date. Rev-olution Speed will not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or losses in connection with the purchase or installation, of body modification products.

POLICIES:
Rev-olution Speed is not responsible for the loss or damage of any vehicle, or any contents of such said vehicle. All parts are aftermarket and are intended for off road or Show purposes only. We will not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or losses in connection with the purchase or installation of any and all merchandise connected with Rev-olution Speed, or any affiliates.
Any damages caused to any other part of any vehicle due to removal or installation of any items sold or installed by Rev-olution Speed will be at owners risk and
cost.
All returns are subject to a non refundable 25% restocking fee. A 25% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of Rev-olution Speeds error. Returns after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the original invoice, for all parts or items sold will not be accepted. Shipping, Duty and handling fees are non refundable. All deposits are non-refundable, and may be held in an open account for 21 days.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges on all returns and must have an RA number (return authorization number) and must include the original invoice, and packaging. All specialty parts require a non refundable 50% deposit on total cost of item.
All returns on parts will be for exchange or in store credit only, there will be no return or exchange on any parts once installed on vehicle unless, error was the fault of Rev-olution Speed's installation. Complete payment for parts, installation and/or service work must be received with-in 30 days of the calendar date on the original work order or invoice or completed date of installations or service work.
